Clients must provide accurate and complete information throughout the property buying process. You are responsible for reviewing all documents, making informed decisions, and meeting financial obligations related to property transactions.
Our services are advisory in nature. While we provide expert guidance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes in property transactions. Final decisions regarding property purchases rest with the client.
Our services must be used in accordance with Singapore real estate laws and regulations. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws will result in immediate service termination.
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation terms vary by service package and stage of completion. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
Service fees are refundable within 48 hours of purchase if no services have been rendered. Partial refunds may be available for incomplete services, assessed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are provided for completed services.
